How our system works

The heat trace system seeks to maintain and control the temperature that a process loses to the environment along pipes or tanks, preserving its physical and chemical characteristics. The system can be controlled to provide only the heat necessary to maintain the proper temperature for the pipeline. Several control methods and monitoring levels can be installed. It is possible to control the temperature of a pipe very precisely with the electrical system.

When operating temperature increases, molecular expansion increases the distance between carbon particles. Resistance increases and the output drops. When temperatures drop, this process is reversed and production increases. This procedure regulates or limits the heat depending on the ambient temperature and prevents the dash heater from overheating.
